The Challenge

Qatar Foundation runs educational programs across multiple institutions and campuses in Education City. Student engagement data was scattered across LMS platforms, attendance systems, event registrations, and survey tools. Program leads spent weeks manually compiling reports each semester, and by the time insights were available, it was too late to act on them. They needed a way to see engagement patterns in real time and make data-driven decisions about program design.

Our Approach

We designed and implemented a centralized data warehouse that ingested data from 8 different source systems via automated ETL pipelines. On top of this, we built role-based dashboards — program leads saw engagement trends, academic directors saw cross-program comparisons, and leadership saw institutional KPIs. We also deployed a cohort analysis tool that identified at-risk students based on engagement patterns, enabling early intervention.
