The Challenge

Rebound, a growing consumer brand in India, relied entirely on marketplace channels for online sales. They had no DTC presence, no owned customer data, and no control over the buying experience. With marketplace fees eating into margins, they needed to launch their own eCommerce store — fast, and built to convert.

Our Approach

We selected Shopify Plus as the platform based on their catalog size and growth trajectory. The store was designed with conversion in mind: streamlined checkout, trust signals, and mobile-first UX. Product data was restructured with consistent attributes and optimized imagery. We integrated payment gateways popular in India (Razorpay, UPI), set up inventory sync with their warehouse, and built post-purchase flows including order tracking emails, review requests, and replenishment reminders. After launch, we ran a 12-week CRO program with systematic A/B testing on product pages and checkout.
