The Challenge

This premium fashion brand had a loyal in-store following but their digital presence was fragmented and underwhelming. Their website was outdated, their social media was inconsistent, and there was no cohesive brand voice across channels. Customers who discovered them online got a completely different impression than those who visited their stores. They needed a digital presence that matched the quality of their product.

Our Approach

We started with a brand audit and competitive analysis, then defined a unified visual system and brand voice for digital. The website was redesigned and rebuilt on Next.js — fast, responsive, and visually striking. We created a social media strategy with distinct content pillars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, supported by a monthly content calendar and professional photography direction. SEO was baked into every page. We also built campaign-specific landing pages for seasonal collections with conversion tracking.
