This EdTech platform was producing high-quality educational content — articles, videos, webinars — but it was sitting on their blog getting minimal traffic. They were spending heavily on paid acquisition while their content library, which could have been a massive organic asset, was underutilized. They needed a distribution strategy that would turn content into their primary growth engine.

Our Approach

We audited their existing content library and identified 50+ pieces that had strong potential but zero distribution. We built a multi-channel distribution strategy: SEO optimization for search visibility, email sequences for nurturing, social media repurposing across LinkedIn and Instagram, and a content syndication partnership with 3 industry publications. We also implemented a programmatic SEO strategy that auto-generated landing pages for high-intent long-tail keywords. Every channel had clear attribution tracking.
